Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Unfortunately needing a replacement for my f31fd

    Hi guys,

Unfortunately while on holiday recently, I lost my much-loved Fujifilm f31fd camera. While I was probably more annoyed at losing the pictures that were on it at the time, I was also very fond of the camera itself. I have read that the models that have subsequently replaced it have not been as good, either.

So, I am looking for a replacement, a good compact snapper. The Fuji was great in low light, as I like to get snaps at gigs without having to lug a big camera with me into the mosh pit. I've had a couple of older Lumix cameras in the past and quite liked them, the new models seem to be really good, but I'm wary as I was disappointed by their performance in lower light.

Any suggestions as to what might be worth looking at appreciated.

Canon seems to have a new line up of P&S camera that are supposed to do better in low light. Just look for the Low light candle icon.
