I just put down a deposit for a house in Lucan. Its a 3 bed semi-detached house (1100 sq ft) thats about 20 years old. Hi- we have a house we rent in area and were very lucky with surveyor (based in area) we got- very pleasant and reasonable. Don't want to say name- but main thing we found was to choose someone who was officially registered etc- www.scs.ie
