Aldi and Lidl premium ice-cream

    Ice-cream is my weakness and have recently found both products at 3euro a tub great value! They taste almost identical to Haagen-Dazs. They both come in much the same flavours also! Cookies and cream is great also found Vanilla Caramel Brownie in Lidl which seems to have dissapeared from the Haagen-Dasz range. Macadamia Nut Brittle is also nice, it was also the first tub of Haagen-Dazs i had many years ago!!

    Dunnes are doing there own brand premium ice cream for 2 euro a tub (I can recomend the vanilla and the chocolate cookie) and have Haagen Daz for 3 euro a tub at the moment.

    The Lidl Tirmisu ice cream is lovely. It's a litre for 2 or 3 euro :D
