International MMS and Video Call with Vodafone

What is the criteria for which country you can send international MMS and make video calls with with Vodafone, namely Finland. I found a list of countries on the Vodafone website but unfortunately Finland isn't there although Norway and Sweden are. O2 say that they don't support any international MMS!
