Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

What do you all think of this dress?
I'm not 100% sure about it. A friend has given it to me for a wedding in August but I'm not sure that it's right..

I have bought shoes & a bag on sale but I would like to hear what everyone thinks would match as it's not my style of dress & I'm not very god at matching colours etc. Please help.

Lovely dress but for the beach.

Way too informal for a wedding. No matter what you do to it, it'll look like you just wandered in from the beach.

Love the dress, really really nice. Not for an Irish wedding though, as previous poster said it looks like you've been at the beach. Is the wedding abroad? If it is, where is it? (If they're getting married on the beach it would be perfect :D)

Its a delicate dress so I'd match it with delicate shoes and bag.

Ireland ha ha. Maybe a little summery considering the lack of sun in Ireland.
I have a gold handbag & shoes to go with it (I'm not into gold at all but these are really nice & delicate) & a wrap. It doesn't look quite so summery when it's on with the accessories.. But I will keep looking so..

It is a pretty dress but perhaps a little flimsy for a wedding? As others said lovely for beach or dinner but a little informal for a wedding.

Agreed! I feel the same way but my friends all think it's perfect.
