O2 Prepay Data Charges

Hi,

Anyone have problems with O2 Prepay data charges.

Gor charged on the 25Th Feb for going over my 50MB but let it go because i could not remember if i had connected that to my laptop on that day.

Then yesterday i am charged again for exceeding 50 MB but my HTC hero says i have only used 855KB so far this month.

Strangley the total KB used on the 25th is the same as used yesterday according to them.

Rang them about it and they say that i must be wrong but i only used it for GMail yesterday.

Have you checked both download and uploads? Both count towards the 50 megs.

What do the records show for that date when you go to the O2 website, then: My O2 => My Account => View Recent Calls?

What are you using to track data on the Hero?

Yes, Phone showing 533 KB received and 321KB Sent. Total 855KB

Using NetSentry on the Hero to track usage.
