Hi
I did a single storey exension in 2004 but did not obtain a certificate of compliance at the time. I applied for, and received planning permission for the extension. There was nothing extra done to the house that was not on the planning application.
However, I am now switching mortgages and the bank require me to get a certificate of compliance for the extension work.
Can anybody recommend any engineer that would do this for a reasonable price ?
