The outlook for the Irish state is one of long term austerity and fiscal restriction over the next 10-20 years. Apparently the 50 odd BILLION EURO put aside for bad bank loans is only a fraction, roughly 25% of what is coming down the line.

The managers of the state, Cowan and Co, would have a job organising a riot. They are responsible for creating the mess the rest of the mainstream population are expected to pay for from their already goverment induced smaller wages.

The banking sector reeks of culpability, shows an complete and utter disregard for the wellbeing of the mainstream population and believes apologies will make it better for everyone.

The banking sector is now speculating about how much they can screw from us to get themselves back into making a "PROFIT" at our expense.

In short, nothing has changed, the establishment is, and will continue to empty our pockets to fill their own.

I am not suggesting that the law is broken. However, i believe it is time to take back control from these complete and utter muppets.

Can people who are of a like mind suggest the best way to go about this.

Find an appropriate thread in the Politics forum. I wouldn't advise posting a "how do we take back power and force a general election" thread though as there's been roughly one of those a week for the past year, all copies of themselves. Good place to have a politics discussion though and new members who want to discuss things as you obviously do are always good.

Where you've posted (the boards.ie Help Desk) is for people who are having problems using the site or want to apeal a moderatoin decision. Regular users can't respond here so you'll never get the discussion you're hoping for on the Help Desk.:)
