Lipsy in Douglas

Was just passing on the flyover over Douglas and noticed a Lipsy London sign on the front of the Tesco shopping centre...I presume it is a shop stocking a few items...does anyone know the name of the shop and when it will be opening?!..(if it is not already open!) Thanks..
