    Hi

    I am new to these boards, so please bare with me if I sound like an amateur...I am!!

    Due to a warrenty issue taking a while to be sorted with Maddison, I am after a cheap used shifter to tide me over til Maddison come up with the repaired/replaced one. I can then use it as a spare when the new one turns up.

    The gearset I am running is a compact - not sure whether that makes any difference or not!

    With this weather improving, I am keen to get back on the bike.
