why not just set one up when you get here? - its free and you can choose the bank that suits you best - only takes a few minutes with passport + you can set up Text balance and all that jazz

Why restrict your choice for any of your utilities to those offered in the Usit or Visa First packages. The benefit to you is little and to them is great. Make your own decisions when you arrive.
