still need to install .net 3.5 manually?

.net 3.5 is listed as being supported on your windows packages. I saw an article published in 2008 on your support pages saying that you need to install it manually to use it. Is this still the case now? Thanks

Asp.net 3.5 should be available on all our shared Windows Server 2008 hosting plans.

If you have a link to the FAQ article I'll see about getting it updated
