Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Only been going a few minutes but there's a great atmosphere in Wembley, hopefully it keeps up.

Why are England playing their away kit at home?

Well I'd personally like to see SWP in the 2nd half, with Milner on the left and Beckham in the middle.

Ive only seen the last ten matches. England seem to be on top despite the score.
Is that England moving up a gear since the goal or have they been on top for the whole match?

    Milner?

That kit is just so urgh. I never like the English away kit. The shade of red is eurgh.

I like Uniteds, Liverpools, and I love Arsenals one.

Is gerrard playing ? I know he's on the team sheet but I honestly havent noticed him

only stand out English player for me so far is Barry

Gerrard's been pretty active tbh, unlike Lampard! No surprises there though.

Gerrard is playing, he's the one releasing Rooney!

Lampard and Terry are both poor enough, I'd get Milner or Downing on, move Gerrard central.

actually thought Gerrards done alright, couple of great crosses in from the left, great through ball that nearly got to Rooney and a cracking ball from the right side too. A good one for walcott too that made a good chance. Encouraging cause he's been pants all season pretty much.

Without sounding too gay but has anyone else noticed the Egypt keepers arse is ever so curvy and womanlike

I can honestly say no, no I did not notice that at all. But now that you mentioned it it will probably be the only thing I will be looking at in the second half!

Good goal, nicely taken by Crouch. Delighted as my brother put 20 on Egypt to win at 8/1 and was way too confident at half time, as i said i wouldn't as i gave them no chance!!!

John Terry is so so slow.

A shadow of the defender he once was.
