Do we know who is on the bench?


Wexford seem to be getting back on top again now, but from listening, I would say we need to change up the style more then the personnel really.

A goal down at the break, exciting stuff, but it sounds like we are very lucky to only be that much down. Wexford creating a lot more, and cutting through our defence at ease which is a big worry. And I'd like us to try more shortish, accurate passes into the forward line with better movement from our forwards... our backs and midfield are decent at picking out those kind of passes but they always seem to do it as far as midfield before launching it long.

Not getting our forwards involved bar having to contest dropping ball , Wexford are finding their men far easier.

Seems our gameplan is "route one"... I hope it gets better than this come summer

They're talking about no options in defence, but surely we could bring Breen or Dodge back and bring someone in up front.


Allis, Dodge, Morrissey have all been very very quiet, hardly know they've been playing- heard lots about our full-back line but seem to be under pressure a lot.

Hannon seems to be doing well.

Bench is murphy, a.breen, so'brien, to'brien, tobin, begley, king, lynch, tmorrissey. Not dealing very well with Wexfords movement and smart build up play, they never seem to opt for the long ball. Warning signs were there in the first 20 minutes last year in the quarter final, Wexford caused us serious bother for similar reasons but they had a horror show in front of the posts and hit a shocking amount of wides. Once we pulled 6 or 7 clear they basically gave up, but the warning signs were there.

Looking very vulnerable at the back but we don't have any sound defensive options to bring on. Serious question marks over one or two individuals in the defense. Playing into a tricky breeze in the second half, I'm not mad about the sweeper tactic but we need to close of the space in our defence because Wexford are hurting us there

Wexford are awful for wides though, an another day we could be dead and buried. That said, they've been known for this for a long time and surely they have to find a solution?
