How to open an Irish bank account from overseas

    Im in Australia and will be coming back to Ireland shortly but I want to open a bank account.

    Is there anyway of doing this from over seas??

    Apply online with Ulster Bank. They'll send documents out to your house in Ireland, whoever is there can send them to you, you sign and send them back.

    Are Ulsterbank any good? Do they have many branched? What are their fees like?
