    I am looking to get a structural Survey done on a property I am purchasing.

    Can anybody reccomend anyone for this?

    I have trawled boards and only found one reccomendation for

    It would be usefull if anyone had anything similar done - what they paid for it and what they received?

    However I cannot find any reviews of his service anywhere.

    I've used a guy called Robert Hoban recently and found him absolutely brilliant. Great value, good, detailed reports with lots of recommendations and photographs. his contact details can be found here: http://www.rhbc.ie/

    been searching around myself, just going with a chartered surveyer that is the cheapest.
    200 euro.
    Not sure what he is like, because I havnt got him to do the job yet, but he claims to have 40 years experience.
    Was getting quotes from between 300-400 euro, and some were plus VAT.
