TRS Decreased Within A Month

I applied for TRS on my mortgage. It was added for the first time last month but this month I see that the amount of TRS added has decreased. Anyone know why this would be?

Perhaps last month you got 2 months' relief?
i.e last time it was Jan + Feb, but this month you just got relief for March
