    Almost missed it:) Was watching out the window from where I work, nice view to the west and south but got distracted by work at the wromg moment:D However got it in the overhead and until it went into the earths shadow to the east. beautiful as always.

    1st Pass at 7:02pm was just class , 2nd pass was a wee cloudy here in Cork but still got to see her almost overhead before she went into shadow , beautiful as always :)

    On the Horizon in the WEST @ 7:27:43PM
    Overhead ( Max Elevation 90`) @ 7:32:32PM
    Until she fades in the EAST @ 7:34:45pm

    2nd Pass

    On the Horizon in the WEST @ 9:02:51PM
    She fades at 24 Degees Elevation @ 9:06:03PM

    Very Cloudy here now , was out with the telescope , but very misty feel to the night ........roll on the dry nights :rolleyes:

    Hiya Mr Digger , yea saw that cloud coming down from the North earlier , it was clear until about 9:15pm , forecast is for rain , is it raining in Mayo ?

    I am quite upset about that link SG because if Beeker and Lord lucan were NOT actually at KSC let alone Florida then may'be Armstrong never set foot on the Moon!:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

    No way! we train our kids to the highest possible standards before we let them take over from us so we can watch the ISS passing overhead:D;):D

    Well as usual when i checked never mind the light pollution here, sky was covered from east to west with cloud:(

    Honestly you guys are driving Me to distraction giving me info on things i dont get to see!:)

    I know that the airline had no choice but to suspend the ATC and the supervisor,but was pis*ed at the swine who released it to the press.
    The pilots found it very amusing and lets face it the kid was only relaying what professionals watching the screens were telling him to say.
    Where is the sense of humour gone:( another victom of 9/11.

    Having said that knowing Beeker i would genuinely be frightened if my flight co-incided with a Shuttle launch! :eek::D
