    Hi Folks,

I have the following bottles o' booze, and I need to know what cocktails can I get out them :P

    1 bottle of black sambucca
    1 bottle of vodka
1 bottle of Bombay Saphhire :)
    1 bottle of spiced rum
    2 bottles of presecco
    1 bottle of grappa

....and I hope to pick up grenadine, triple sec etc etc

So any ideas, (whether they are homemade or tried and tested classics) would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance Folks.

keep the bombay for gin and tonic's..
    Don't waste it on experimenting.

    Yeah, was thinking that myself!!

Might get a bottle of Cork Dry Gin instead ;)

    Thanks Pa.

Oh and I have a bottle of Goldschlager.

This Saturday will be cocktail night.

Kinda wanna start mellow, with some presecco based cocktails, and slowly turn up the madness....

Anyone got any crazy ones featuring ....eehhh...... I dunno ......marshmallows or somethin'?

vodka + ginger beer (not ginger ale) +ice = moscow mule

    Spiced rum + coke +ice
Not very imaginative but nice all the same

Gin + lemon juice +sugar syrup + soda = gin collins

Gin + cranberry juice + white leonade = gin royal sapphire

i've no idea what to do with the rest..

Try popping into eason's for a cocktail book.. They're handy to have around the house..

I have one somewhere.. But anything nice or unusual, usually has something i don't have in my cupboard :(

Plenty of ice or an american fridge freezer with an ice maker is an essential as well :):):)
