Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 20,653 ✭✭✭✭amdublin

It's basically a budget My Heart Will Go On.

    Yeah it's great isn't it.

And Jo-Lo likes it. And he's really important. He's off to Oslo in the morning you know.

It's just another soppy ballad and they don't work anymore. God knows we've sent over enough of them.

It reminds me of that film "The Fly". The pair of them must of got trapped in the teleporter and came out merged into one!eek.gif

I loved the dramatic pause before Marty gave his verdict :pac:

That actually was pretty good. But the harmony towards the end was atrocious

I liked the Irishness of it though :)

Would you believe she's actually lost a lot of weight.. I saw her in one of those nights when they sing the eurovision winners, and she was HUUGGEE. Dont worry we'll have her down smaller than Leanne Moore by the time the show comes round.. :-)

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,988 ✭✭✭Bondvillain

Pity the candyman knock-off didnt have a bit of oomph in the middle, might have been half decent then.

As it is, we're probably looking at sending "My heart will go on, so it will, to be sure", complete with identical twee instrumental twiddly bit in the middle just in case anyone in Europe had been hiding under a rock for the last 15 years.

And it will finish in the bottom 3.

I thought it was great, in a sh1t way.
Far better than that last song that everyone is ghey for, that was sh1te, romantic bollox because the persons singing won previously, wtf.

They didnt, but J-Lo drove me too it...
is it too late to enter the backing music of the Trocaire ad?

All of those songs were bad. That one (second last, I think?) it sounds like a Christina Aguilera song.

Dana and Johnny come across as being a bit snobby/stuck-up, imo.

I fear we're shipping Niamh Kavanagh over again.

Time to hit the Lipotrim Niamh.

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,221 ✭✭✭Greentopia

Would you believe she's actually lost a lot of weight..

 in fairness that horrible dress than looks like me ma ran it up on her Singer using bits of curtain and me old debs dress probably made her look bigger than she is.
And the telly adds 15Ibs. or kilo's or something...

  • Registered Users Posts: 11,692 ✭✭✭✭OPENROAD

    For me its
    5
    3
    1
    2
    4

If the vocals were better on 3 I might have gone for that, I still think the vocals could be better on no 5 but shades it for me.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,808 ✭✭✭ohthebaby

God I hope we're not waiting too long for the results. I need to go to bed.

I'm off to Oslo in the morning don't you know...
