    Does anybody know which university/college has the cheapest fees in Ireland? The cheapest I have found so far is NUIG (I know it varies by course, I'm looking to do Arts)

    This varies based on the following:

    Are you an Irish citizen?
    Are you an EU citizen?
    Have you been resident for legal purposes in the EU for 3 of the past 5 years?
    Have you studied at third-level in Ireland before?
    Anywhere else?

    EU. I'm not taking into account free fees here, just the full course fee as would be payable by a non-EU student

    Does anybody know where I can get the course fees for each of the Institutes of Technologies so I can compare costs?
