Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Have you tried right clicking the setup file and instaling it in compatibility mode?

Right click and select Properties. Then click the compatibility tab and tick the box "run this program in compatibility mode for"

Try disabling your antivirus software before running the install. Re-enable afterwards of course!

    1. What is the software you are trying to install?
    2. From what media are you installing it? It could be a scratch on CD/DVD or a corrupt install file.
