Help in getting a lift

Hi , my friend needs a lift from westport to galway this evening, but only finishes work at 6 so cant get a bus with buseireann, Does anyone know of a private bus operator or maybe somebody to give hime a lift.?

Unless you can get somebody thats making the journey. His only other option is a taxi but it will be costly.
