Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Put a 5er on Sevilla to win, got 7/1 odds. The game could go either way, but I liked those odds. Might stick some money on at least 4 goals being scored too.

id go with the goals rather than seville!! lots of goals

Actually, Sevilla are exactly the kind of team that can beat Madrid, I don't think there is in Spain that are more catered for exploiting Madrids weaknesses. If Marcelo is played as a fullback Navas will eat him for din dins.

Fabiano still out, prolly play Negredo up front on his own.

I try not to predict the sevilla team, its impossible.

Good, Negredo has a point to prove after being shafted by Madrid over the summer. Sevilla are quite capable of winning this tie. I just wanna see loadddddsss of goals. :D

Real Madrid are unbeaten at home in 12 matches. Hilguain is in top form with 4 in his last 2. He even scored during the week against Germany. No Fabiano for Seville. Kaka getting back to normal. Even though seville are a great team you just dont know with them.Id have to go Madrid all the way. Probably 4-1. Think you could get 25 to 1 on that with PP.

The odds don't look right but I'd still fancy Real to win. 9/2 ought to be the Sevilla odds and 1/2 Real

After last week's performance, I don't expect Sevilla to beat Madrid in the Bernabeau. Come on Higuian, get some more goals!

    Almeria lineup:
Diego Alves, Juanma Ortiz, Chico, Pellerano, Cisma, Bernardello, M'Bami, Soriano, Guilherme, Piatti, Crusat

    Barca lineup:
Valdés, Dani Alves, Puyol, Milito, Maxwell, Touré, Xavi, Iniesta, Pedro, Messi, Ibrahimovic

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,435 ✭✭✭✭redout

The delay is because Almeria have a message on their shirt for Chile and the ref doesnt want to allow it.

Strong line-up for Barça and I'd expect a win, but I like how Almeria play. Playing some lovely stuff since Lillo arrived.

But I really expect a tough night for them. Hoping Pedrito gets amongst the goals to further stake a claim for a WC spot

    Cisma

Still a long way to go, but any dropped points for Barcelona will serve as a huge incentive to Madrid

Wonder what Sky will do with the Real Madrid -v- Sevilla game considering this one was 15min delayed so will overlap!

Not sure if they will delay the Real Madrid game though as they are on different stations in Spain so not sure that they will.

Sometimes there is an overlap in the games that they show on their american football coverage, in that case they stick with the game that is finishing before switching over to the new game. Not really the same, just what they do in another situation.

    2-1

Barca struggling to cope with a very fast and physical side.

    Madrid will be delighted.

he just kicked Cisma right in the back of the leg and pushed him, no where near the ball...

I guess some thing was said, but Ibra seems like a complete waste of money and Eto'o right now...

He has done fcuk all for the past few months after a great start to his Barca career. God I wish we had Villa instead.

GOAl Guardioala on the phone looks rather disgusted still tho, Perdo again the hero with some good play down the right.
Barca growing in confidence. Toure beginning to get on the ball more too.

Credit where its due for a resilient Almeria but Barca look hungry.
Almeria still in this, their pace is paying dividends.

Lol @ Alves being told off.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,307 ✭✭✭cruiserweight

You would almost say that Barcelona are looking better now without Ibra

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 54,681 ✭✭✭✭Headshot

should of been a yellow for diving

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,220 ✭✭✭Davaeo09

Should have been a yellow there for the Almeria player too tbf.

Crusat looked a very good player tonight.
Also looks like the mid week match for Spain is catching up with Iniesta.
Great move there buy Alves, Messi and Iniesta.
Almeria keep running down the clock :/

Maxwell's enjoyed his last couple of games, how does he fair when Abidal comes back?
