Title says it all, a long absence from running and I'm back now! Two runs this week and I want to do three in conjuction with my rowing training. I'm doing the great Ireland Run this year (Don't know what to aim for? Sub 55 maybe?). Also doing a couple duathlons once I pick up my bike from the shop (I sorta hate swimming.. and suck at it :o) and a triathlon with my rowing club (2k row instead of swim, sprint distance.)

Had the swine flu vaccine this week so my arms been in terrible pain (taken very badly to it -.-) so its the only reason I went to back to running!

    Tuesday: 5mi/8k 44.31
Thursday: 20 mins rowing machine (1.57.5 pace) getting back into swing of things
    Friday: 5.9mi/9.5k 59.35 (disapointed with this a lot -.-)

I'm hoping to run sunday too.
