Randomly thought I could make a CD of songs by Cork bands and Cork-themed for a friend abroad, got plenty of Cork band songs, but not that many actually about Cork

The City Council has a list of a few older Cork songs if thats what you're looking for, link.

Don't see "Where's me Jumper" there for some strange reason...

Might not be what you're looking from exactly but I heard this from KC and Lenny (RedFm) last month called New Cork (Parody of New York by Alicia Keys).

Apparently The Bold Thady Quill was a hugely ironic song, he was not the heroic figure he was made out to be at all. I've got cousins in Ballinagree, so must get the real story behind the man. Here's another version..
