Have two quick questions re the Harvard referencing system which the Cite it Right book doesn't answer. maybe someone has come accross these situations before so any help would be appreciated

    1. I am looking to reference a newspaper article that does not have the article's writer listed.should I:

put the name of the paper in the in-text citation (Limerick Leader 2010 p2) or should it be (Anon 2010, p2)

The Bibliographic reference should look something like this

Anon. (2010) 'Title of headline', Limerick Leader, 10 March, p 2

Second question, how does one reference or cite the minutes of a meeting using the Harvard style?
