Hi, My neighbour has built a wooden fence in their back garden which is 7'9 high, is this allowed or would i be right in saying they would have needed planning permission for anything over 6'? as the fence does not go fully down to the ground the fence is not 7'9 but the over all height of the wall and fence is...can…
