If the domain is "similar" to the RBN it won't be an issue.

Alternatively you can use your existing RBN, but you'd need to supply a signed letter explaining the link

For example, we are Blacknight Internet Solutions Ltd

We could register blacknightinternet.ie, blacknight.ie, solutions.ie internetsolutions.ie, internet.ie etc., based on our company name

For us to register a domain like http://dropped.ie we had to explain the link between the domain and our business (go look at the site, it's pretty obvious )
