    Hi all,

have quite a lot of recessed lighting in our new build which is being made airtight (taping , membrane etc..) we have been told that we need boxes to be able to take the light without interfering with the membrane and to stop the insulation falling from the attic space, problem is, they are very expensive (€11 a piece!!) doesn't sound a lot but we have about 60 lights so this soon adds up!!

just wondering if anyone else has used somerthing similar or where we might be able to source them at a resonable price!?

    Thanks a lot :)

i know this may sound stupid,
but consider terracotta pots from garden centre, about €2 a shot.
    do the trick nicely
