Have to say I was most impressed by Diaby. If Arsenal need a player, they need a strong defensive midfielder like Diaby. He totally lived up to that role and let nothing through.

Diaby is not a defensive midfielder. He's strong in the tackle but everything else about his game is geared towards attacking really.

He's played in a few positions alright (left-wing bizarrely), but I definitely think he's been best in a withdrawn midfield role with licence to go forward.

All I can say is wow what a game and well done the Arsenal. Nasri that was a goal and a half, and why didnt i put that bet on Bentner today:) great game am so Happy right now.

wobbly at the 2nd half for maybe 15 mins but they picked up the pace something else after that beauty of a goal.

I also thought Clichy looked like his normal self for the first time in a long time.

Nasri was hugely impressive tonight. I'm starting to think that he and Cesc could go on to form a partnership like Iniesta and Xavi. Hopefully both will be at Arsenal for some time to come!

Completely off topic tbh but in a nutshell United shipped out Tevez and replaced him with Owen. It's also a little ode to a certain lucky punters preseason claim. You're right though, I probably should have included Berbatov as well.
