hey everybody.. quick question i'm in a lease until 27th november 2010... but i have a family matter and need to move home does anyone know what my options would be ???

if you have a break clause hand in notice based on whats in your contract

try and sublet

or contact the landlord and see if he will allow you to break the lease (which depending on the person may or may not mean forfeiture of your deposit)
