Problems getting deposit back

so, im staying in a hell hole, and left last sunday. was given a 1 month notice so leave, so all is well. never got a depoist back, was told the owner is back next week to sort that out and also the bills for jan feb. i said, i will hand the keys back when i get the deposit, how hard is it to get a depoisit back, like…

so yer man texts me now and says the locks are going to be changed if the keys are not dropped in tomorrow, taken out of the deposit.

talk about ****ing around....
