Here goes...ran loads in my teens, hadn't run a yard in well over 20 years, I started C25k on 4th January and just finished it yesterday. Started mainly to help with weight-loss, totally enjoying it so far, a recent birthday provided all the good gear so no excuses now. Hope to progress to run a couple of 10ks in April and…
