Was just wondering had anyone been to Lunatic Fringe on Liffey St if so how was the experience would you recommend it? Im looking to get bright red hair with orange ruining through it kind of a fire effect and a funky choppy cut and suggestions on a good hairdressers in Dublin would be really helpful :):)
