    Evening all, ive been reading through various threads for a while now, picking up hints and tips from you all regarding diet cardio etc. Ive been running and eating right for a while now and i have lost weight but body shape hasnt really changed. I cant get to a gym or gym equipment for various reasons at the moment but i was wondering if anyone can suggest strength plan or program that can be down from home..Sorry if this is already a thread but i cant find it
