Vodafone and Eircom

Hi I have vodafone broadband and was on BT before buyout. However now like a lot of people my speed seems to vary up and down alot. If I change over to eircom will the speed improve or is it a line issue Id like to try as never had this when on BT Thanks Noel

I think these problems lie with Vodafone, so changing to any other provider should improve things.
