    Has anyone seen this? http://www.irisheconomy.ie/index.php/2010/03/09/new-guidelines-for-nama-pricing/#comments

New rates on the pricing of Nama's assets have emerged (some reckon due to EC observations last week)

It mentions chnages to two rates

    1) the discount rate used to value cash flows when coming up with long-term economic value. which is now going to be 1.7% rather than 0.8% as was originally suggested in 2009.

2)The Standard Discount Rate which is now 5.25 percent rather than 2.25%

I am confused here, where do these rates stand in relation to the 30% which had always been touted?
