Bio-energy facility?

Got 2 pages through the door about the 'monread court residents association' asking me for 2euro to appeal against a bio energy facility off monread road. Anyone know anything about this at all?

It probably should have its own thread here rather than tagging onto the Nephin thread.

Its an application for an anaerobic digestor - I cant remebmer where I saw that it was to deal with animal carcasses and food waste.
