Assuming it is with Eircom then the default IP address is 192.168.1.254.

    Username: eircom
    Password: broadband1

Check out www.portforward.com for guides to NATing.

The Zyxel modem is usually on 192.168.1.1

But if you go to a command prompt Start-> Run -> cmd

    Then type ipconfig

You should look for the Default Gateway for your connection. That is the address of your router

I assume you can ping the modem and that the internet works fine normally.

Have you tried using a different browser. firefox or chrome?

Can you check the hosts file. usually at c:\system32\drivers\etc\

Open that up and try to find an entry for 192.168.1.1 If there is one there, delete it.
