    What the best way to upgrade my PC specs below:

    Are you gaming? The obvious option would be a better graphics card in that case.

    CPU is okay, HDD is fair, memory is a bit meh, mobo is a total PoS.

    If you need more CPU power I'd usually recommend getting a slightly more powerful cooler than stock and OCing it, but because of your mobo that idea won't fly :( The P5N-E SLI is a total pile of poo when it comes to OCing. You might reach 3.6GHz, but I doubt you'd get to 3.0GHz stably or even without the whole rig deciding to play dead until you drop back down to stock. And stay there :eek:
