Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Former K1 Grand Prix Champion and Pride fighter Mark Hunt gave us an exclusive interview about how he first got into MMA, his training and lifestyle and the advice he would give to young fighters just getting into the sport.

This is a must read from a guy who has fought some of the best fighters on the planet including Fedor Emelianenko and Wanderlei Silva!

    Read it here: http://www.mmaireland.org/readinterview.php?id=18

    Thanks from all at MMAIRELAND.org

Mark is a beast but what impressed me the most about him was his dedication to his fans and his 'call it as he sees it' attitude about everything...He says that he hates "fake" people and although sometimes sounding blunt he is 100% honest which is a rare quaility these days.

Your right hopefully he gets his head right and gets back into the ring!
