Increasing upload speeds

Hi,

I've just started a new job, working from home mostly. It involves lots of video editing and uploading. My 384k upload speed is killing me. I'm located in Cabinteely and on the 3mb vodafone package. It looks like upgrading to the 7mb package doesn't increase my upload speed? That's a real WTF. My exchange, rochestown, isn't unbundled and doesn't support 24mb. There's no NTL here either. Is there a wireless provider with consistently faster upload speeds? Would one of the 3g mobile companies be faster uploading or just too inconsistent?

Anyone have any suggestions?

Check if Smart or Magnet LLU are available from your exchange, tehy can offer up to 1mb upload if available.

Then there are these Eircom business products, check if they are available:

If these don't work out, then Digiweb Metro (wireless) is worth looking at, however watch out for the caps:
