Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Any ideas on how to fix this issue, I have the Packard Bell Laptop about a year and a half, I have changed the sleep settings to 'never' and still no joy, any ideas on how to fix it?

To stop it locking I have to move the mouse around, very annoying when watching a video.

its probably the screensaver, try disabling it... possibly change video playing software as it should stop the screensaver kicking in/screen locking

its more than likely the power settings, go to control panel and then power options,
have a look around the options for turn off display after x amount of time, change that to never for on battery and plugged in and ya should be sorted

The screensaver was disabled, but, I changed the screensaver to 100 minutes and it hasn't locked since, so thanks for that dude, you're a legend. A lot of people seem to have this problem with vista so hopefully they will see this solution.

    Thanks again.
