Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm having a long running issue with my system. It started when I was running Vista and has contiuedin Win7. While playing games the picture freezes and will then pixelate all or some of the screen. Most time I can still hear the sound of the game. After a few seconds, usualy 10-20 the screen goes black and the screen switches bttwen the analogue and digital inputs lookign for a signal, so the computer is obviously not utputting one at that stage.

    Any ideas?

    Running Q6600 2.4Ghz
    4 GB Ram
    GeFroce 8800GT

Temperatures seem ok, the 4 cores on he CPU are all low 30's rising to mid 30's with load.

Either the PSU is being pushed too far or (more likely) the graphics card is unstable due to excessive OCing, overheating or impending failure. The cable or connectors at either end of the monitor cable could be going too so test with a different cable (and preferably a different interface type, i.e. if using DVI use a VGA setup instead) to see if one of these are responsible.
