    Hi,

    Is anyone familiar with how the BTEA works this year?

    I'm going back to Uni. next year but i'll be repeating 2nd year, not starting again. Does this change things? I've read on someone elses post that you need to be on social welfare for 12 months before you can apply.

    Basically whether or not I go back depends on the BTEA. Anyone know what the story is?
