    Can anyone tell me where I can get the metal fixings to fit a 8 * 3' double glazed window ???


    Am based in Dublin

    Filler foam and long screws... Seriously.

    Any stainless steel plating will do, even angle bead,which would be cheaper.
    Screw to sides,top and bottom of window and nail to reveal.
    The more you use, the stronger it will hold.

    Thanks for the help, will be givin this a crack at the weekend, see how the winda fits before decidin if I need to screw it in to wall ...

    Its very heavy, so we,ill see ...
