Replacement Windscreen - problems

Got my windscreen replaced last week (it was pitted and stone chipped). On the insurance.

New one is slightly rippled - but more anoying even is its slightly darker - kinda green/brown tint to it.

(Rear screen mirror / side windows is bright white - and windscreen is dark).

Is this a common flaw with replacment windows - Is it a cheap, or just incorrect for the car?

Window logo says brand is "safevue"

There can be variations in tint colour between models of cars, they prob ordered the wrong one for your car. Go back and politely ask for the correct matching screen to be fitted.

I just had a new screen refitted due to wind noise, if you are not happy get them to do it again.

Thanks - Ive asked them very nicely to look at it -

Installation was perfect - just tint/colour is wrong. Hope they dont try to wriggle out of it - Im sure they billed the insurance top wack for the screen.

Reading some bad, and few good things online about safevue. Dont know what to believe.
