Gerrard should have seen red for that, but i think the ref saw it was Michael Brown that Gerrard elbowed and just thought 'aye, fair enough'.

Well if the referee saw it and did nothing he should be sacked.
If he didn't and the FA take action he should be banned.

Commentators and Craig Burley agree he should have a red or should get a ban if that has any relevance.

While i agree with you i hope they dont throw the book at him purely on the basis i want my team to do well more than any positives or negatives for or against gerrard.

I may be wrong but if you saw that in a Wolves - Burnley game you wouldn't give a fúck it's not justice you're looking for - I think you're blinkered by the fact that its "that Bóllocks Gerrard getting away with it again" mentality. He deserved a red, didn't get it, if the FA does it's job he'll get a ban end of.
