Trying to turn off WiFi but can't! Start/IPAQ Wireless/All Off. The Phone and Bluetooth are turning off, but WiFi is staying on. Trying to turn off WiFi but can't!

Start/IPAQ Wireless/All Off.
The Phone and Bluetooth are turning off, but WiFi is staying on.
Had a look in Sart/Settings/Connections/WiFi but don't see anything to turn off.
There's My Network Card Connects to: Work (or The Internet)
Tap an adapter to Modify Settings:
Selection of 5 here......

Can anyone advise me how to turn this off please?
